Seats, hiring managers, agencies and organizations

Last updated: 3 November 2026

Seats

  • Page admins and recruiters hold a seat; a company page includes two. Hiring managers, analysts and billing contacts need no seat.
  • More seats are bought per seat for a month or a year (Company page › Members, or Billing) by a page admin or billing contact, with volume prices from 5 and 10 seats; the prices are shown before you pay. Nothing renews by itself: seats lapse at the end of the term, and admins are warned two weeks before. If more people hold seats than remain, nobody is removed, but no new seat can be given until seats are bought again.
  • A seat can be handed to a new person (after someone left, was removed or changed to a non-seat role) as many times per 30 days as the company has seats. The Members tab shows how many reassignments are used and when the next one opens.

Sharing a job with a hiring manager

  1. The hiring manager signs up with a company email; a page admin approves them as Hiring manager (no seat).
  2. The job’s poster chooses Share on the job (Jobs), or a page admin does so under Company page › All jobs, and ticks the colleagues.
  3. They see the job under Shared with me: applicants, resumes, team notes and stages. A rejection still needs a stated reason and is recorded with their name.

Recruiting agencies

A client’s page admin adds the agency by its website domain (Company page › Organization & partners); the agency’s page admin accepts. The agency’s recruiters then pick the client under “Posting for” when they post. The job names the client as the employer and shows the agency that posted it; the client’s admins see it under All jobs. The agency pays with its own packs unless the client lets it use the client’s packs. Either side can end the link; existing jobs stay as records.

Organizations

A parent company’s page admin adds a brand or subsidiary by its domain; the brand’s page admin accepts. The parent’s admins can then manage the brand’s page (switch with “Managing” at the top of Company page). Each company keeps its own members, seats and packs. A company can belong to one organization and can’t be a parent while it is someone’s child.

Sign-in policy

Page admins can say which work accounts (Microsoft, Google) their people sign in with. The recruiter sign-in page then offers only those buttons to anyone who types a company email, and hides password sign-in. This routes people to the right account; it is not single sign-on with the company’s identity provider, which is available on request.
